How long will my order take to arrive?

The size I ordered is incorrect?

As most of our items are quite stretchy material, we understand some may not fit quite right so we offer an exchange policy within 10 days, just contact us below and we will be happy to assist. You have accepted the fact that all items are as you see them.  There may be some anomalies in colour from some computer monitors and we are not responsible for this discrepancy also some items purchased due the hand=made and hand dyed process there may be small variations within a style or colour to be expected.

Please indicate the reason for the return.  (Do not reuse the same courier bag but enclose it with your return).  Return item(s) to the address which appears at the top of your packaging slip.  Goods must be returned within at least 10 days of your order date – unused with original tags attached.  If you would like to exchange colour or style, the aforementioned information applies.  (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered).  We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery. The return transaction delivery fees will be at your expense.

Refunds and exchanges are processed within 24 hours of receipt.  Please make sure your name, address, email address and phone number with the instructions are clearly indicated and please quote your receipt number and provide your credit card details for reprocessing as well.   We can also hold your refund for future purchases if required.

All orders are subject to availability of stock, and we will endeavour to verify that the order and credit details are correct for you.  If the product is not currently available due to being sold out we will contact you immediately via email and advise you and ask your preferred requirement as we would like you to be a happy and satisfied customer.

Customer returns that have not been received we are not responsible for.

When ordering sales items we would like you to please choose carefully as there is no return or exchange available on these transactions.

RETURN POLICY

Your product/s has/have arrived: 

Please examine your product/s before removing tags wearing and/or washing.  Examine the seams and stitching as well.  Once the garment has been worn, used, and/or washed it cannot be returned.  When returning your items please make sure the tags are attached and the items show no signs of usage including sweat, make-up, deodorant, and hair/hairspray.  YOUR ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF THERE IS EVIDENCE OF THE ABOVE.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us you are welcome to exchange or return the merchandise. You are responsible for returning the items, but if you choose to do an exchange you will be charged for freight (within Australia ONLY). This applies once for each order with paid shipping. You may return merchandise for a full refund minus any shipping charges. The Invoice Number will be your Return Authorisation Number, so please note it anywhere on the inside of your return package.

COD orders will NOT be accepted.

Please briefly explain the reason why merchandise is being returned: eg (too large, too small, not what you expected etc).  As when you have ordered from us continually we get to know what you really like.  We want to have you happy with your purchases and come back and visit us again.
